In the meantime, here's a small preview. It's the first panel. I don't know why I like it, technically the perspective is terrible. But I do like it.





And I've been wanting to try out drawing on wooden boxes for a while. I started that a little bit...



Just the sketch so far. Going to try inking it later, then let that sit for a while and see how markers take to the wooden surface.

Didn't get ANY icons done today, as all the reference was online and I had no means of getting to it. So there's a chunk of work that remains undone that I should get started on, I suppose.
